They only set a 90 minute time frame for the July 5 hearing. Not nearly enough time to hear any case. Particularly not a case like this with many allegations. That is why most people said that nothing would be decided on July 5 unless there was a settlement.
If they can't make a settlement agreement in the next few days then they will set another official hearing date.
