Grande, lawsuits are generally never commented on at a law firm's website until their successful conclusion. Things are working out just fine in the class action lawsuit against Sulja Bros., Vucicevich and others, and your obvious attempt to convince others here that this is not the case is despicable.

TO POTENTIAL NEW INVESTORS: There is an ongoing class action lawsuit, Drago v. Vuvicevich, et al, Case No. 0:07-cv-60072-MGC, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, against Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (SLJB), Petar Vucicevich, Andrew DeVries, et al., alleging securities law violations, and misrepretation in company PRs, which case is currently in the discovery phase and is progressing according to the order of the presiding federal judge. In addition, SLJB is the subject of an ongoing regulatory action by the Ontario Securities Commission and an inquiry by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
