The only good thing about the lawsuit is that if it goes far enough we may find out the facts of the CMC. However, your idea of what occurred is far different from the conclusion I reached after talking to DNDN folks at the ASM. If your idea is correct then they were out and out lying and I do not for a minute think that is the case. The 483 issues will go to the end of the year only because there is no need to get them done sooner. That is my opinion based on conversations. But like I said if the suit goes far enough we will see.
