I have to make this clear. I am uncertain if there really is a 1,000,000 dollar limit on 504D. I gathered this when researching one of Wilf's former and current companies.

From Wilf's other company's site (www.myotcbb.net, "the Story" tab):
"When it comes to raising money for Pink Sheet stocks, S.E.C. Rule 504D says Alexander Lindale can only raise $1,000,000 per year per company."

Alexander Lindale sponsers (or whatever you want to call it) DPBM. Check out the bottom of the Clients tab. (It appears Wilf owns Alexander Lindale too.)
