I have proven it to my own satisfaction and that of many others by researching the appropriate court records in Ontario and Nevada. SLJB has NOT filed nor been successful in any "legal proceeding" (which means lawsuit) against any internet poster or "basher" who has made negative comments about the company. No "legal proceedings" (lawsuits) have been filed by the company SLJB for any issue even closely related to libel or slander against ANYONE...EVER, much less are they in a position to derive financial benefit from same by collecting damages.
