You need to be talking market cap not share price. Share price alone is practically meaningless when comparing stocks.
What are the respective market caps at .15/share? That's what you need to focus on.

I notice many new investors (not necessarily you) say one stock's share price should be as much as another's even though the share structure is radically different.
