Some thirty plus years back, I was dating a charming young lady in Chicago (she has long since agreed to tie the knot, we just celebrated few weeks back our 30th anniversary), and the most difficult task for me, was braving the chilly winds in Chicago, going from the parking lot, to the like of Jovan or the 95th (that was then the "in" restaurant, at the top of the Hancock tower).
