OSC being forced into settlement instead of being able to bring any of the allegations to an actual trial???

Grande, where in the world do you get the impression that the OSC is "being forced into settlement", if indeed there is any settlement? I feel certain that if and when we see a settlement in this matter, that statement will be completely debunked by admissions of wrongdoing by the respondents in the OSC complaint. I think you got the parties switched in your opinion. Forced, my fanny!
