1. Delay, with no further details.

2. Delay, but with negative information that may jeapordize the Buyout and/or Dividend.

3. Delay, but with postive detailed information that the Buyout and/or Dividend is progressing.

4. Buyout and/or Dividend is off with no further details.

5. Buyout and/or Dividend is off with even more negative news.

6. Buyout and/or Dividend is off, but with other, more positive news.

7. Buyout and/or Divdend now being finalized with details and dates of completion.

8. ............?
