I'm pretty sure it's the same thing.

It's just that way back in the olden days, folks called it the OTC. Amazingly enough there are still a few dinosaurs alive from that era -- like Tom Dorsey & that Jerry Olsen guy for example -- who've never learned to say "NASDAQ" instead of OTC. {GGGGGGGGGG}
