I sent you a PM on the topic, but I'll echo a part of it here.
We understand there is a problem. We aren't exactly twiddling our thumbs. Bob's the tech guy, he's doing everything he knows to fix the problem and trying new angles each time it happens. We admit there is a bug in the system and our pockets feel the pain both in lost ad dollars and subscribers we know aren't renewing because the site is sucking wind.
This one bug is really the first true nasty we've gotten, in the history of iHub, that we're at a loss to figure out what's causing it and can't seem to find anybody professional or on the Internet that knows what the heck is going on either. So, we continue to plug at it. We'll eventually nail it down.
Not offering an excuse, just explaining what's up on our end. We're trying like hell to fix the thing, but it's almost like an earthquake. Shows up with no warning and is gone before you know what hit you.
