Cosmo-what you say is probably right on the target and is a
most likely scenario. My scenario was only if they were
sued and the disgruntled person wanted discovery more than he
wanted settlement. Discovery would end RSMI and no further
"product" would be possible as they would be universally
labelled as scamsters (as they well should be). I, for one,
would absolutely love to see a lawsuit that demanded discovery.
That would be hilarious.
