Do you really think the company would be releasing false information in the light of the hearing tomorrow? Absolutely not. But you have quite a few posters that state exactly that.

Mike, I even said prior to the obviously false "seek and destroy" PR that I felt the company wouldn't release any false press while under OSC investigation; however, I have now reconsidered that opinion in view of that particular PR, which is obviously baseless. The company has filed NO "legal proceeding" (which means lawsuit) against any basher or individual who has negatively commented on the company, nor has it been successful in same. That makes the PR unquestionably false, unless you want to join with those that say the "spirit" of the PR is what counts. I don't think you would use such irrational logic. They out and out lied in that PR, period. SLJB has sued nobody for libel/slander or anything similar.
