I don't know where the OSC is investigating the specific matter of the Seek and Destroy posts veracity.
Maybe as an overall review of misleading press releases.

Of course it is the first real press release after the official investigation started and press releases were retracted.
So its lack of veracity goes to show a continuing lack of truthfulness and accuracy regarding press releases.

Will someone please post the court records or some documentation so that we can finally put this issue of truthfulness about the Seek and Destroy PR to bed?
