Use of the word "followed" means that it's past tense / already happened. Sooooo, that means that SLJB would have had to have filed a LAWSUIT, right?

We'll leave it at that for now. One step at a time. I'll lead you with logic. So tell me, in which court did "SLJB" file a suit? Wouldn't folks have access to that information (i.e. the existence of a suit)???
