this is the one piece of evidence that is a bit odd but can be interupted in many ways.

Shortly before 911 it is my understanding that we issued a reg to not shoot down hijacked planes. "does the order still stand" could refer to that subject

and as far as the time frame it could proove knowlege of the hijacking post hijacking and nothing more

IMO that and Stephen Jones seems to be the only reliable sources with nearly all links provided by conspiracy theorists to have very sketchy "experts"
