What is the maximum sentence for obstruction of justice and perjury?

Are there any estimates available of how many CIA agents and informants were outed as result of outing Valerie Plame?

What sentence would I get if I published a list of 20-50 covert CIA agents and informants?

What sentence would I get if someone else did this and I knew who did it, but obstructed justice so the perpetrator was not brought to trial?
