Zig, Glad you asked. It's not about that PR, per se. It's about my view that it is NOT ok to bend the truth. I don't care specifically about that PR, but when someone tells me that it's true... yet I feel I have specific reasons for why it isn't, then we're going to have a discussion.

That's the only reason the topic was so long. That doesn't speak to importance, but I'm not going to throw away logic and reason just to end a thread.

I'm upset about the denial regarding the PR, not the PR itself. Well, "upset" is too strong a descriptor.
