This is not FUD. SLJB has no lawsuit that I'm aware of. Do they? Clear it up for me if they do, please.

PV DOES have one (an individual). And, what's more... there has been no ruling yet, if I understand correctly. And, PV is no longer a member of management.

So, stay with me here (put your logic cap on, this is simple stuff), how does that lead to "SLJB" (THE COMPANY) saying that they (THE COMPANY) have had their first legal success? Furthermore, is it even appropriate for the company to issue a PR, referring to a lawsuit which is actually an individual lawsuit by a non-management member, and claiming "we" (as in, the company)??

And again, they claimed "success". I assume that means legal success. But there's been no ruling/judgment? You call that reliable?

It's somewhat moot, because it was so silly (logically), but hey... you wanted to debate this. LOL
