Have Great 4th of July everyone...... I am disappointed in the dilution that has taken place and the resulting drop in pps.......

I am however glad to know why the pps dropped......you dont have people creating wild scenarios about SHORTS or MM's in an attempt to lay blame on everyone but the company.........

the evidence that Dilution has happened is the reason for the drop in the PPS.......There is no CONSPIRACY theories swirling around on this board as to WHY the PPS dropped.......we all know why........and why do we know?

Because the Company Sequiam has posted on its website the T/A's full contact information and the T/A will give you ALL the information when you call........no questions asked......

Kind of odd dont you think that a company would dilute the stock a little and NOT COVER that fact up? I am sure some here are used to not being able to Get the Full Share structure on the companies they are invested in and they just have to GUESS as to why the PPS is dropping on the stocks they are invested in.......they come up with excuses like its the SHORTS or MM's Playing Games and anything else you can think of never laying blame or even considering that the company could be diluting.....when in reality that is most likely what is or has occurred and they are just trying to cover that fact up.......

So here we sit with obvious Dilution that HAS occurred......and the company has not hid that fact.......

Information is a powerful a thing if you now how to interpret it.........some do........some dont.........
