If so, then maybe the big question is... will the SLJB shares (of the NV corp; the shares we all own/ed) be put into that company? Is that even possible? Simple as that? Another merger? Or?

If that's what happens, then my next question is... why the need for another new company? The SLJB shares are already within a NV corp, right? Yes? No? If they are, then why move them? Why not just run the Calgary business through the SLJB NV corp?

If Calgary runs under SS's new NV corp... then things will get very interesting around here!
