Tell me -- WHEN do the American people stop rationalizing bad behavior and say ENOUGH to poor, even deviant governance?? When?

And fwiw, I don't give a ratsass about Clinton, Monica or Scooter, but I am outraged over Bush's poor, reckless governance. WE have a higher responsibility in governance. WE have to stop tolerating self serving bullshit (and dangerous policy!) and DEMAND better.
