C'mon....Stevo...120MM ONLY??..a LOT! more than that don't you think.

From the info we KNOW..we can NOW! only gather that the ONE month increase in the O/S...to the tune of 272MM shares!!...was to pay off the 1.2MM DEBT!

1.2MM / 272MM shares = .004 pps....HENCE the SELL-OFF to these levels w/ the CD'ers making a TON! of profit along the way...as USUAL!

That's the ONLY! explanation...the way I see it.
