How much advertising accompanies these lotteries?..Here in the US,there are television advertisements and the interest level is high.Many states have twice-a-day three digit and four digit lotteries accompanied by weekly lotteries,and bi-weekly state lotteries,AND multi-state complicit lotteries...What I am getting at here is a possible connection to European countries,allowing South American lottery access.....Do you feel me?...
