just a hypothesis on deans tardiness. More like rank speculation so take it for what it is and isn't.
Assume you are Dean and you have a ton of emails and calls asking for info. And assume you have been watching telnor set up its adds and begin its launch. And while your at it your rather busy making sure everything runs smooth and you also know your legal department has started reviewing a PR that is in the works.
Would you drop everything your doing to answer every email and phone call directly, or would you let your PRs do the talking? (assuming they are going to be released any day now)
Otherwise I have no idea why he isn't getting back to people. As I said, just speculation and hypothosizing (and yes thats a dangerous game to play) I am being optimistic, but I also am not alone.
The only thing that concerns me a little bit is I wouldn't want to announce a PR when everyone is off at their Bar-B-Qs and parties. I would want maximum effect, and so to announce either last week, or next week. A PR this week will be missed by alot of people.
Still, once again though, its Revs that are the real meat and potatos. PR's are just the Menu. Patience is the real order of the day.
