Where's your evidence of partisan politics here?

Your false ( big surprise there - yet again ) is that the person who appoints a judge will always get favorable decisions form that person

Just look at Souter on the SC. His decisions have consistently liberal despite his being appointed by a rep.

All ya need to do is look at his actions in this particular case w/ a balanced view to determine his obvious bias. I've posted dozens of articles outlining them

We'll see how the case is determined on appeal.

Your assertion that because a judge is appointed by a certain president that they will always rule favorably to the presidents party or philosophy is incredibly naive- but coming from you that's really no surprise
