Sally, I hear you, but you misunderstood my main point. The questions were revolving around how "the company" (SLJB) could issue a PR... have a company spokesperson quoted as saying "we" (i.e. the company) have had a legal success... when, from what I hear, there hasn't been ANY lawsuit filed by the company at all.
Do you get my point now? PV having a lawsuit, which by the way I hear has NOT had any ruling/decision yet... doesn't have anything to do with "SLJB" per se. Especially since he is no longer an SLJB management member (as of the time of the lawsuit we've heard about).
To me, that means that PR was misleading. I'm not sure how you could see it any other way. But, to each his own. Maybe you were referring to something you hope happens in the future (re: an actual "SLJB" lawsuit).
