O/S 18,956,290 shares (As of May 13, 2007); This trades in Bulletin Board (OTCBB stock) This means the current market cap is apprx 120K, which very low for a company with annual revenues of about 4M (if the revenue numbers in first quarter were maintained for rest of the year}
4M revenues / est 19M O/S = est PPS .21, and the current PPS is trading at .003........... C'mon.. THis has a lot of green days ahead..
