I agree, there’s a lot of merit in what you said. But, enter a buyout offer between now and .01 with a sweetheart deal (the ole Golden Parachute) in the new company for Mr. Winters and Mr. Chang and we retail investors could potentially be up the river without a paddle, so to speak.

I’m just trying to look at both sides of the risk/reward equation equally.
