i said speculation and rumor. yes there will be sellers at every stage. so what? thats pinks. you get off the elevator at YOUR floor, you get off the bus at your stop. you cannot be angry that someone else made their own decision. when the pps goes up, either be ahead of it or ride it out... but live by your choice, dont blame others for your decision. (not to you personally, its a general statement)
