Sally, I believe he's not a management member, per their PRs. Let's stay on the thread topic.

1) Please, explain to me how a PV lawsuit which is an "individual" lawsuit can be PR'd by a company of which he is not a member of management.

2) Or, explain to me how a PV lawsuit can be construed as a "SLJB" lawsuit, since he's not a member of SLJB management.

3) Or, explain to me how/why the PR would say "SLJB" has had its first success (re: lawsuits) and how/why a SLJB spokesperson would be able to say "we" when in fact the lawsuit is PV's (an individual).

Take your pick. I've given 3 different angles on it for you; choose the one of your liking.

** Key point #2: As far as I know, the PV lawsuit has NOT been ruled on yet. Meaning, nobody has won any suit... SLJB or not. **
