RMBS ... it's 4 and if I understand those specific 4 they are broad enough for RMBS to make its' case. I expect them to prevail come trial.

That said, Judge Payne has, in my estimation, acted irrationally at times and some of his comments have been off the wall. Yesterday, he mentioned 3million in damages when the suit is clearly for 100million. He remains quite the wildcard.

In fact, yesterday's ruling could be viewed as his covering his a$$ ... I believe he now knows that DeMarsis ( IFX attorney ) clearly misled him in earlier hearings but granting RMBS all its' claims outright would have made Payne the fool. He's not the type to do that.

So, he granted RMBS enough rope to hang IFX in May.

What this all means for the stock price remains to be seen.
