Just got back this afternoon from weekend travels. Before I left, I decided to try and call Martin one last time, even though his resignation was previously announced. He answered his cell phone and I told him that I simply wanted to see if he was okay, since health reasons were stated as a reason for resignation. He stated he had a bypass and was feeling better. I then attempted to question him about the AURC deal and boy was he ever tight-lipped. Knowing I wasnt getting anywhere, I then posed this question ...... "Since you resigned for health reasons, is there a chance you'll be returning to AURC if you continue improving ?" His answer really surprised me. He said, "Well, let's see what happens in the next year or so."

My thoughts now:

Let's see what happens in the next year or so ? What's that supposed to mean ? Well, here's what I think it means:

I think this $185 million dollar deal is simply a reverse merger of some kind. If it were a total buyout by an entirely different company, I don't see Martin saying, "Let's see what happens in the next year or so."
