Have any untoward events happened in 2007?

Well, how about the 7-month continuation of a serious investigation in securities fraud and trading halt by the OSC? I'd call that an untoward event.

I would also characterize as untoward the "seek and destroy" PR put out by the IR wizard a couple months ago as an untoward event.

If I can think of more, I'll let you know. And remember, the future is always determined by the past. That's why some dwell on the obvious fraud perpetrated back in 2006. Leopards never change their spots.
