Balance, regarding your comments on prefering mid/big oil to sweep us (ERHC) off our feet...... and you'd like it to be Addax........

I guess I'm wondering about why Addax would take the company public in Toronto, then London? Could they be waiting for the SEC to clear ERHC, then possible merge/buyout, then take over the ERHC symbol in USA?

I know I'm dreaming about the future, but I'm really trying to figure out why Addax would go to Toronto, then London (and not USA)?

Thoughts from all appreciated.
