When 'Corey' or these lawyers quote you, do they identify you. If not, isn't that rather amusing, quoting anonymous people to prove some point?

For example, what if you were NOT associated with KM, but were pretending to be associated with KM, with the intention of providing the funds with little public nuggets in their favor. After all, you decided to announce your association with KM. In fact, you're the only one that I've ever read to do so. Now, they've used that public comment 'against you'?

Odd.

They don't know who you are, do they? Also, you could simply be a ringer, associated with the funds, creating an echo chamber for their arguments. It is possible, isn't it, since you chose to make the comments yourself?

I find it pretty odd that you...

1. CHOSE to declare your association to KM.
2. After, that, you made this association clear by repeating it, in case anyone missed it.
3. Then, you continued to make declaratory statements, as an "associate".
4. Then, you complain about it.

If I were anyone in 'opposition' with the funds, I would say to their quotes: "So what? For all we know, THEY are Major Damage providing themselves an echo chamber." And "Who cares, either way." BK is BK, doesn't matter if the creditor is angry, perplexed, or has a low opinion of his chance to obtain payment."

Either way, any wise judge will deal with the issues, not COMMENTS on message boards.
