Do you think the company telegraphed this play and the criminals are just waiting to pounce all over umng? It would have been one thing for buying pressure to hit the market and then make the announcement that 'x' amount of dollars worth of common stock was bought by institution 'xyz' after the fact? imho, the company is placating to the market and telegraphing their plays.... why?

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
