DTCC cannot halt a stock, IMO, but what they basically do is suspend the custodial services they provide, and that makes the stock untradeable; but I have heard that there are others who provide the same service, that will be an area to look into. I am out till about 1:00 p.m.

The other area to pursue is to get in touch with the Scottrade HQ (Compliance DEptand ask them why they cannot release the PMCL stock certificates, that they obviously hold, to us, so that we can work through another broker to trade it.
