According to some peeps I spoke with, there are two sides to this motion by Ribotsky..

1. He doesn't want an examination of Netco's assets because it might turn out that AJW/NIR/New Millenium had some sort of financial responsibility or control via preferred shares.

2. He wants to keep the company trading so he can keep selling his converted shares.
