No, not lurking, just busy. Been restoring an old bldg on the property. Quit early as rain is coming. I check in a nite mostly and have no time to monitor everything. With the AFs soon out and this PR from today, thought it may be another good entry point. Another like today and I'm over 30 million. Haven't sold a one.
