on today PR and buyback

i agree that this PR is quite stu pid but i prefer company who speak too much than too less

as i said before this news tell us that it will be some delay on the ni43-101

on the buybacks i think they have done one time only up to now : the 300 000 trade on last friday at about 7 cents
