3 cents ! so i could easily double my position i think that a lot of small investors who were bought a few weeks ago are giving up ebcause some could be sit on a 75% loss now either they average down either they sell that is quite comon for otc investors, they want 1000% quick very quick maybe too quick 5 cents maybe but i think that they will increas their buy back if stock is falling hard with high volumes
