Seeing as to how U Mining Resources Inc. has grown at a faster rate than expected with high quality properties in three different areas of Northern Quebec in the Uranium field, and pursuant to the recent addition of the 50% Venture agreement in the Nevada Property Toiyabe Peaks, the present Board of Directors has determined that additional members must be obtained to support the active progression of the Company.
