I doubt the sp takes much of a hit. Fact remains an announcement/ruling is imminent and nobody knows the timeframe. Could be two more months (is there no god?) or two hours?????
Anybody who sells on frustration runs the very real risk of being out of position and buying back in a buck or two higher than today. Who would risk that?
