Morning Mick. I think the hedge funds would probably want to see the results of the liquid rubber production from the trial plant at Anaheim and also invest once the patents are in.
I am not certain how the hedge funds would take a stake, but I would think they would be playing with a big enough sum of money that they would deal directly with the company rather than buy on the open market like us. I don't think they would be too impressed investing a couple of million and see NITE uptick them a penny for every $500 invested LOL.
I threw a grand at this one so far as my initial punt on it, whereas the kind of money the big financiers put in they will need to be a bit safer than us due to this being speculative until the liquid rubber trials are complete and the patents are filed. The good news for any big financier is that they would have Kieth and the boys doing a nice company presentation showing precisely where ARYC are at with their development. That would be the inside scoop necessary to be able to put the money in in a similar way to what the Riyad group are doing - i.e. an initial sum, plus more at the agreed cost per share as key milestones are met.
