You may be mostly right about your perceptions of Bordian and Taylor's general relationship. Paul was a Reg D RM shell guy. It seems Bordian was looking for funding and access to US Markerts. He obviously ran actual businesses in Moldova. They may not have been great businesses, but they DO SOMETHING. In 95% of those cases, the 'Bordian' in the relationship is the dupe or the unknowing player in need. The RM shell Reg D Paul is the paper player that knows what he's doing. It was his speciality.

There were nasty things said about Bordian on the boards for years. I didn't believe these things, because they were said by Telatinos stock promoters. They NEEDED an excuse for the shareholders lingering from the Millagro-Trezac days. Why did they lose all their money? 'Blame the Moldovans'. You can be the judge.

I would like to know the details of how Paul Taylor defrauded you, if he did. You indicated that. There are people doing due dilligence here in that particular regard. Please post your story. There is federal BK litigation pending in Texas. Some answers should be filed today in court.
