First time trying to by this stock. I placed an order with TDAmeritrade and got an error sign back telling me that "Opening transactions for this security are not accepted." I immediately placed a call into Ameritrade and the broker told me that Ameritrade has placed a restriction on PNMS and will not allow any buys. A present stockholder CAN sell, however, as it is RESTRICED for closing action only.

I was told that TD Ameritrade is INVESTIGATING PNMS for unspecified reasons and that I would not be allowed to buy it. Anyone with Ameritrade accounts having the same problem? Thanks. I just wanted to buy this stock, did a lot of DD on it, and when I pushed the buy button...BANG...no deal.

I also only have 3 posts daily, so I probably cannot respond back . JMHO, of course, FWIW.
