Yes .... they paid off Sulja's debt of almost $7 million from the sale of shares through the nominee accounts.

Funny thing about this deal. Usually you have a valuation done when you acquire a company. Petar was having a valuation of Sulja done AFTER they had acquired it.
Go figure.
Always was a bass ackward deal.
