R. Acording to the 10KSB from June 2006 for the year 2002 (obviously dated info) there were only 24.55 mil shares held by 771 shareholders. As the vast majority of shares are restricted and held by officers, now only 6 mil in the public float. Also note six board marks and only four posters since the end of May. Based on the volume over the last few years I have some doubt if it has changed drastically. Good for those who are watching this carefully w/continued DD.

I have a perception that the Saudis are a little more carefull nowdays about throwing their money around internationally than they used to (can't substatiate right now) meaning they see an acceptable risk/reward situation here. Do we know what the milestones entail in the JV agreement? JMO
