fccn= 400mm shares = 15%
Aero= 2.6b shares = 85 %

total 3b o/s

.10 pps after merger
30/1 r/s =$3.00pps for amex listing

100mm new o/s after r/s


85mm restricted aero shares
15mm float = big money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I'm the smart one on the right, or was that the left. RV'ing is fun with my Aero Exhaust !
